The legally binding agreement between you and Daily Events is the complete Terms of Service. This summary is provided for convenience and understanding. In case of any conflict, the full Terms of Service prevail.
1. What you are buying
- Access to automatic structured reports for the country you select.
- Reports are machine‑generated. They may contain errors, false flags, or nonsense.
- No human fact‑checking. You must verify everything yourself.
2. What you are NOT buying
- A news site, a verified source, or a publisher.
- Guaranteed facts, truth, or completeness.
- Public distribution rights.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use it only for internal research, analysis, or informational purposes.
- Do NOT publish, share, or publicly cite any report.
- Do NOT use it for market manipulation, trading bots, illegal activities, or government repression.
- Do NOT try to reverse‑engineer how the system works.
4. Our rights
- We can suspend or terminate any account at any time (especially for abuse).
- We can update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
- We are not liable for any damages beyond what you paid in the last month.
5. Money & cancellations
- Paid monthly. Cancel anytime via Gumroad (no partial refunds).
- EU/UK consumers have a 14‑day withdrawal right, but you lose it once the 72‑hour initialization begins.
- Free trial: manually approved, does not auto‑renew.
6. Disputes
- First: try to resolve by email (30 days).
- If unresolved: binding arbitration in Skopje, Macedonia (UNCITRAL rules).
- No appeals. No class actions.
