Governing Law: Laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Competent Court: Competent courts in Skopje.
VAT Policy: As an individual service provider under national law, we are not currently registered for VAT. All prices are shown excluding any applicable VAT/GST, which may be added by our Merchant of Record (Gumroad) based on your location.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from the use of the Service is subject to the mandatory mediation and arbitration provisions set forth in the Terms of Service (Sections 12 and 13).
