1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Agreement“) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User“) and Deni Andonov (an individual/natural person) (“Provider“), owner and operator of Daily Events (the “Service“). By registering, accessing, or subscribing, you agree to be bound by all terms herein.

2. Service Definition & Nature

2.1. What the Service Is

Daily Events is an automated system that retrieves already published event reports from local to international levels, across 193 countries (5-minute check cycle), and generates Feeds & Structured Reports for each country separately, based on a User’s selected country or countries (“User Selection“).

Generation includes:

Feed – List of event titles;
Button: “Event online coverage” – Queries Google for a list of active links to articles from publishers already covering the event;
Taxonomy – Scope, Category, Tags;
Public Narrative: Decomposition – Isolating core claims and contextual data (WHAT, WHO, WHEN, WHERE, WHY, HOW), extracting mentioned persons and organisations;
Public Narrative: Deconstruction – Identifying gaps in the narrative and providing investigative leads.

Immutable rules during generation:

Source-agnostic: No recording, storing, or displaying of event source.
Language neutrality: No subjective, emotive, or absolute constructs.
Zero-prior context: No chronology, each event is treated as isolated.

2.2. What the Service Is Not

The Service is NOT: a news or media organization; a publisher; a content aggregator or curator; a fact-checking or verification service; a source of truth; or an editorial/creative platform. No human editorial judgment, verification, or quality control is applied. The .news domain indicates the data category processed, not a journalistic entity.

2.3. Definition of Key Terms

“User” – Any individual or entity registered for the Service.
“Subscriber” – Any User with an active subscription (paid or Free Trial).
“User Selection” – One or more countries selected by the User.
“Right of Access” / “Technical Capability” – The Subscriber’s licensed right to engage the Service to process a specific User Selection and generate Feeds & Structured Reports.

“Feed” – Machine-generated, filterable list of country-event titles, organized chronologically for Rapid Awareness of events. Filters: date (Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days), scope (Local, Regional, National, International), with pagination.

“Structured Reports” – Machine-generated reports resulting from automated processing for Quick Understanding of each event. Each contains:

Button: “Event online coverage” – Queries Google for active links to articles from publishers covering the event.

Important: Feeds & Structured Reports are starting points, not verified conclusions. Machine-generated, may contain errors. Not a source of truth. For internal use only – not for public distribution. Subscribers must verify all information independently. Provider assumes no liability.

3. License Grant

3.1. Scope of License

Any subscription (paid or free) grants Subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Access the Service’s technical capabilities for generation of Feeds & Structured Reports for one or more User Selections;
Engage the Service’s automated infrastructure for that User Selection; and
Use such Feeds & Structured Reports solely for internal research, analysis, and informational purposes.

For paid subscriptions, the fee purchases this License. For Free Trials, it is granted at no cost for the Trial duration.

3.2. License Limitations

No Ownership – No ownership rights in the Service or Feeds & Structured Reports.
No Public Dissemination – No republishing, redistribution, or external sharing.
No Public Reference – No public citation or attribution to Daily Events.
No Sublicensing or Transfer – Personal to Subscriber; non-transferable. Account sharing is prohibited.
No Modification – No derivative works for external distribution.
Single User Selection per License – Each country requires a separate License.

3.3. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Intellectual property in the Service, Core Technology (Section 5), and Feeds & Structured Reports (excluding public facts) remain the Provider’s exclusive property. The License grants access to technical capability only — no guarantee of content or volume. The Provider may revoke this License immediately for material breach (Section 11.3).

4. Acceptable Use & Sole Responsibility

4.1. Sole Responsibility

You bear sole, absolute, and unlimited responsibility for the access, use, interpretation, or reliance upon Feeds & Structured Reports. Any use is at your sole risk.

4.2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully. Prohibited uses include:

Violating laws, regulations, or third-party rights (privacy, intellectual property);
Harassment, defamation, doxxing, incitement to violence or hatred;
Fraud, scams, market manipulation, or illegal trade;
Disrupting infrastructure, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the Core Technology.

Specific prohibitions:

Financial/Trading: No use as primary/sole basis for trading decisions without independent human verification; no automated trading without real-time human oversight; no coordinated manipulation; no use if subject to UN/EU/UK/US sanctions.
Core Technology Extraction: No statistical analysis, timing attacks, or ML inference to derive the Core Technology.
Government/Military: No use for surveillance, repression, censorship, or human-rights violations. Immediate termination upon reasonable suspicion.
Enforcement: Provider may suspend or terminate immediately upon suspected violation, without notice or refund. Suspicion alone is sufficient grounds.
No Right to Cure: Violations are material breach that cannot be cured; access restored only if Provider explicitly agrees in writing.

4.3. Internal Use Only

The Service and Feeds & Structured Reports are licensed for internal research, analysis, and informational purposes only. Public dissemination is a material breach and may result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.

5. Core Technology Protection

The source code, algorithms, databases, architectures, data processing methodologies, and operational logic constituting the Service (the “Core Technology“) are the Provider’s confidential trade secrets and intellectual property.

The Subscriber acknowledges:

The Core Technology is not part of the License.
The Provider is under no obligation to disclose, present, explain, or make available any part of the Core Technology to any Subscriber, user, or third party.
Disclosure requests (including legal discovery or regulatory) will be contested using all available legal defences.
Only a final, non-appealable order from a competent court in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia can compel disclosure.
Access to Feeds & Structured Reports grants no rights, license, or insight into the Core Technology.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

6.1. No Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL FEEDS & STRUCTURED REPORTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE PROVIDER EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REPUTATION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ITS FEEDS & STRUCTURED REPORTS.

THE PROVIDER’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL IN NO CASE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SUBSCRIPTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE PRECEDING ONE MONTH.

7. Service Mechanics & Availability

7.1. Initialization Period

Following payment, the Service requires up to 72 hours to initialize automated processing for the new User Selection. Access to Feeds & Structured Reports begins after this period.

7.2. Data Availability

Volume of Feeds & Structured Reports depends entirely on availability of raw global data for your User Selection. The Provider does not generate or guarantee the occurrence of events. An empty or sparse list reflects retrieved data, not a service failure.

7.3. Feed Filtering & Pagination

The Feed can be filtered by Date (Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days) and Scope (Local, Regional, National, International), with pagination. Filter availability does not guarantee matching events.

7.4. Service Modification & Suspension

The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service (including features, filters, scope, or availability) at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, improvements, or operational reasons. The Provider is not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. In case of permanent discontinuation, pro-rated refunds may be issued at the Provider’s discretion where required by law.

7.5. Age Restriction

The Service is intended for individuals at least 18 years old (or age of majority). By using the Service, you represent you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter this Agreement.

7.6. Force Majeure

The Provider is not liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, sanctions, internet outages, hacker attacks, government censorship, or unavailability of upstream data sources.

7.7. Third-Party Tools & External Links

The Service may provide links to external third-party tools (including Google Search via the “Event online coverage” feature). These are for user convenience only. The Provider has no control over and assumes no responsibility for third-party content, accuracy, reliability, or legality. Use is at the Subscriber’s sole risk. No endorsement or verification.

8. Payments, Cancellation & Refunds

8.1. Subscription & Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via our Merchant of Record, Gumroad, Inc. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. All financial transactions (payment, invoicing, tax) are handled exclusively by Gumroad. By subscribing, you also agree to Gumroad’s Terms of Service, incorporated herein by reference.

8.2. Refund Policy

Due to the automated, immediately-initiated nature of the Service, no refunds are provided after the 72-hour initialization period has commenced.

8.3. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)

EU/UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. To exercise, inform us (contact@dailyevents.news) within this period. By purchasing (making a User Selection), you consent to immediate performance (72-hour initialization); once initialization begins, you lose this right and no refund is due, per Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

8.4. Free Trial Terms

The Provider offers a free trial for new registered users (“Trial“).

Activation: Manually activated upon registration. No payment method required.
Duration: 30 days from activation. Upon expiration, access to Feeds & Structured Reports for Trial countries is revoked.
Scope: 3 countries of Subscriber’s choice.
Conversion: Does NOT auto-convert. Paid subscription must be actively purchased.
Abuse: Provider may deny, suspend, or revoke Trial access for suspected abuse (e.g., multiple accounts). No compensation or alternative Trial.
Trial Feeds & Structured Reports: Subject to all terms, including prohibition on public dissemination (Section 4.3) and warranty disclaimers (Section 6.1).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Service or Feeds & Structured Reports;
Your breach of this Agreement;
Your violation of any law or third-party right; or
Any content or information you submit through the Service.

This indemnification obligation shall survive termination of this Agreement.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. The Provider processes personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

11. Term & Termination

11.1. Term

This Agreement enters into force upon your registration or first use of the Service and continues until terminated by either Party in accordance with this Section.

11.2. Termination by User

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by:

Cancelling your subscription via your Gumroad account; and/or
Requesting deletion of your account by emailing contact@dailyevents.news.

Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle (for paid subscriptions) or immediately upon account deletion request (for Free Trials). No refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing cycle (Section 8.2).

11.3. Termination by Provider

The Provider may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, in the following cases:

Material breach – violation of Acceptable Use (Section 4), License Limitations (Section 3.2), or any other term of this Agreement;
Suspected violation – upon reasonable suspicion of prohibited use, even if later proven unfounded;
Non-payment – failure to pay subscription fees;
Legal or regulatory requirement – if required by law or competent authority;
Discontinuation of Service – if the Provider decides to discontinue the Service, with reasonable prior notice where possible.

Termination for material breach or suspected violation is without refund. Termination for discontinuation of Service will be pro-rated where required by law.

11.4. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your License (Section 3) is immediately revoked;
Your access to the Service and Feeds & Structured Reports ceases;
You must cease all use of Feeds & Structured Reports and delete any copies in your possession;
Any outstanding payment obligations remain due;
Provisions designated as surviving (Section 11.6) remain in full force.

11.5. Data After Termination

Upon termination, your account data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Account and configuration data may be archived for up to 5 years to comply with legal obligations (accounting, tax, dispute resolution). You may request earlier deletion where legally permissible.

11.6. Survival

The following Sections shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement: Section 5 (Core Technology Protection), Section 6 (Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability), Section 9 (Indemnification), Section 11 (Term & Termination), and Section 12 (Governing Law & Dispute Resolution).

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1. Good-Faith Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith direct communication (email: contact@dailyevents.news).

12.2. Limitation Period

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICE MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM AROSE, OR BE FOREVER BARRED. This provision does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws.

12.3. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. This provision does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.

12.4. Jurisdiction

The Parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia, for any dispute not resolved through good-faith communication. Nothing in this Section prevents either Party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief where necessary.

13. General Provisions

13.1. Modifications

The Provider may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page and the “Last Updated” date. For EU/UK consumers, the Provider will provide reasonable prior notice of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13.2. Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

13.3. Waiver

The Provider’s failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.

13.4. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights hereunder without the Provider’s prior written consent. The Provider may freely assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or transfer of the Service.

13.5. Notices

All notices under this Agreement shall be in writing and sent to:

To the User: the email address associated with your account.

Notices are deemed received 24 hours after email transmission, provided no bounce-back is received.

13.6. Relationship of Parties

Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between the Parties. The Parties are independent contractors.

13.7. Third-Party Beneficiaries

This Agreement does not confer any rights or remedies on any third party. No third-party beneficiary rights are created hereby.

13.8. Headings

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.

13.9. Language

This Agreement is drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.

13.10. Electronic Acceptance

By clicking “Register,” “Subscribe,” or similar buttons, or by accessing the Service, you provide a valid electronic signature and accept this Agreement. Electronic acceptance has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

14. Entire Agreement

This document, together with the following, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding the Service:

This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral.

By proceeding with registration or payment, you confirm your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms of Service.
