Daily Events is my project — built from the ground up and operated by me as a sole proprietor.
What led me to start this?
Working in the field of information and media, I was always frustrated by the inefficiency of manual events tracking. I saw a need for an automated, scalable tool that could produce structured reports from publicly available sources — without being an expensive corporate service or requiring a large team. This is my attempt to fill that gap.
What enables me to do this?
- Technical execution: I have experience in systems development, data work, and automation. This allowed me to build and maintain the entire service.
- Analytical approach: I focus on structuring information to be usable, not just collecting data.
- Operational simplicity: As the sole person responsible, I can solve problems, make improvements, and respond directly to user needs without delay.
My philosophy with Daily Events:
- Transparency is key: It’s clear how reports are created (automatically) and what can (and cannot) be expected from them.
- Simplicity: The goal is to deliver clear, usable value without unnecessary complexity.
- Independence: This solo venture structure allows me to stay focused solely on the service and its users.
Why does it matter that this is a solo project?
Because it means:
- Communication is direct. When you email contact@dailyevents.news, it comes directly to me.
- Focus is on one product. All my effort goes into refining and maintaining this single service.
- Solutions are fast. There’s no corporate bureaucracy to slow down decisions or improvements.
