Former “Ural Dumplings” star Yulia Mikhalkova visited the city of Kamyshlov for a new filming project about the Russian heartland. During her one-day visit, Mikhalkova explored the city, interacted with locals and officials, rode a bus, and visited the House of Culture.

Kamyshlov is the first city to be featured in Mikhalkova’s project, which focuses on the potential for growth and development in small Russian towns. The actress shared her enthusiasm for the project on her Telegram channel, noting that there are nearly a thousand such towns across Russia.

Following her time in Kamyshlov, Mikhalkova is moving on to another small town located somewhere between Kaliningrad and Kamchatka.
