St. Petersburg residents and visitors should prepare for an uncomfortable week ahead as cyclones bring rain and keep temperatures below average. According to Mikhail Leus, a leading specialist at the FOBOS center, the city will experience significant rainfall, potentially reaching a quarter to a third of the monthly norm for June.

Friday will be cloudy with clearings, with light rain in some areas at night and no significant precipitation during the day. Nighttime temperatures will be +10…+12°, and daytime temperatures will be +18…+20°. The wind will be from the north at 5-10 m/s, and atmospheric pressure will rise to 768 mm Hg, above normal.
Preliminary forecasts suggest that Saturday will be free of precipitation, with daytime temperatures around +20°.
