The North-West Hydrometeorological Service forecasts wind gusts reaching up to 17 meters per second in the city.
Despite the strong winds, significant precipitation is not expected. Mikhail Leus, a leading specialist at the Phobos center, confirmed this.
The daytime temperature is predicted to reach 18 degrees Celsius.
Currently, the region’s weather is influenced by the rear part of a cyclone.
Today’s weather in St. Petersburg is characterized by wind and cool temperatures. Thunderstorms are possible in certain areas of the Leningrad region.
