St. Petersburg’s “Vodokanal” dispatched a team to the site to locate the source of the water leak after receiving reports from residents around 7:30 PM. The incident caused some traffic disruption in the area, according to online traffic data. The incident, described as a “fountain” by witnesses, drew the attention of passersby who filmed the scene. This comes after a recent incident where cold water flooded a section of the road on the Fontanka embankment.
