A 13-year-old moped driver led traffic police on a chase through roads, lawns, and paths in the Voronezh region, Russia. The incident, captured on dashcam video, occurred in the village of Kashirskoye.

Traffic police inspectors patrolling the area signaled the moped to stop, but the driver sped away, initiating a pursuit. The driver, later identified as a teenager, attempted to evade the police by recklessly violating traffic laws.

The moped driver drove on sidewalks, interfered with other vehicles, and weaved through courtyards during the chase. Eventually, the police managed to block and apprehend the teenager.

The boy’s parents were called to the scene and admitted they knew their son was riding the moped without a license but did not consider it important. Authorities filed an administrative report against the parents for allowing an unlicensed individual to operate a vehicle, which carries a 30,000 ruble fine.

Authorities are also considering further legal action against the parents for failing to fulfill their parental obligations.
