Vladimir Putin addressed the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2025, emphasizing Russia’s invitation to partners to collaboratively shape a new global growth model. This initiative aims to foster prosperity among nations and ensure stable worldwide development for years to come.

The President highlighted the Open Dialogue, held at the Russia National Center in late April, as a significant step towards establishing a new model of international interaction and cooperation. He noted that representatives from over 100 countries participated in the Moscow event.

Putin specifically mentioned the Open Dialogue “The Future of the World. A New Platform for Global Growth,” which took place from April 28 to 30 at the Russia National Center. The Open Dialogue format is slated to become an annual event.
