The Vasileostrovskaya metro station in St. Petersburg will have restricted entry on select days in August due to scheduled repair work. According to the “Organizer of Transportation”, the station will be closed for entry on four specific dates: August 9, 10, 16, and 17.

During these closures, Vasileostrovskaya station will remain open for passengers exiting the metro.

These temporary changes are necessary to facilitate a major overhaul of the station’s stylobate. Authorities are advising commuters to plan their routes accordingly, taking into account the limited access to the station during the specified dates.
