A woman in Uralmash, Russia, is reportedly terrorizing residents of a residential complex with her reckless driving and parking habits. The driver, who owns a black 2013 Audi A8L, is accused of repeatedly blocking entrances and exits to the courtyard with her improperly parked vehicle.

Residents say the woman disregards their concerns and boasts about having influential connections. She is also accused of driving on sidewalks, damaging fences and posts to access parking.

Neighbors have attempted to address the issue by posting photos of her parking violations in a community chat. However, the woman responded with insults and claimed her improper parking was due to “important matters.”

Adding to the concern, the woman allegedly posts videos on social media showing herself speeding in the same Audi, sometimes exceeding 150 kilometers per hour. She appears to flaunt these traffic violations online.

Authorities recommend contacting the traffic police to report blocked exits in residential areas. If the blocked passage is the only means of egress, the improperly parked vehicle may be towed. Parking violations can be reported through the State Traffic Inspectorate website.
