A driverless truck rolled downhill in the Kirovsky district of Novosibirsk on June 13th, prompting a quick-thinking passerby to intervene and prevent potential harm. The incident, caught on video, occurred because the driver apparently left the engine running on a slope.

Alexandra, the woman who stopped the truck, recounted her experience, stating she was merely stepping out to run errands when she noticed the vehicle rolling backward. She emphasized the immediate danger to a child walking behind her, prompting her to yell and warn the child to stop.

Seeing the driverless truck, Alexandra reacted instinctively. She ran after the vehicle, focusing on preventing it from colliding with parked cars. Despite having no mechanical expertise and only experience with automatic transmissions, she managed to stop the truck.
