Ukrainian UAVs targeted Russia on the night of June 6, causing damage to an apartment building and triggering a fire at an industrial enterprise in Engels. According to regional governor Roman Busargin, emergency services are on scene, and measures are being taken to mitigate the consequences. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties.

In Moscow, airport operations were temporarily suspended at Domodedovo, Zhukovsky, and Vnukovo airports. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported that several drones were destroyed, with emergency services responding to the wreckage sites. Initially, six drones were reported destroyed, followed by an update indicating three more.

Authorities have issued guidance to the public on how to respond to drone sightings. The primary action is to immediately contact emergency services at 112 and provide detailed information, including your name, the location of the drone, a description of its appearance and behavior (hovering, flying, silhouette, flashing lights), and any sounds it is making. Citizens are advised to evacuate the area if possible and warn others nearby.

If a drone is found on the ground, individuals are strongly cautioned not to approach or touch it under any circumstances. Instead, they should immediately call 112 to report the discovery.
