A 68-year-old truck driver crashed into a building in the village of Urgaza, Baimaksky District, Bashkiria, after losing control of his vehicle. The incident occurred on June 16, and video footage of the event has been released by the State Traffic Inspectorate of Russia.

The driver, operating a ZIL truck, failed to navigate a turn, causing the vehicle to veer off the road and head towards a nearby adult outpatient clinic.

The truck then hit a bump, became airborne, and collided with the wall of the clinic. The impact reportedly ejected the driver from the cab.

After the crash, the driver fled the scene, abandoning the truck.

Police officers located the man shortly after.

The driver was found to be intoxicated and uninjured.

Authorities have filed an administrative report against the driver for leaving the scene of an accident and for not having insurance.

An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash is currently underway.
