Drivers on the St. Petersburg Ring Road (КАД) should prepare for traffic disruptions due to construction work planned for early August. FKU Uprdor “Severo-Zapad” announced the road closures on July 30.

On August 5, overnight work will lead to brief closures on the outer ring road. Between 1:00 and 1:15 AM, and again from 2:15 to 2:30 AM, traffic will be halted at the 15th kilometer, near the interchanges with Vyborgskoye Highway and Parashyutnaya Street. These closures are required for PiterStroy LLC to install two metal U-shaped supports for road signs.

Additionally, exit No. 10 at the St. Petersburg Ring Road (КАД) interchange with Moscow Highway will be completely closed overnight on August 1, 2025. The closure, lasting from 0:50 AM to 6:00 AM, affects traffic heading from the outer ring towards Moscow Highway in the direction of Tosno. ABZ-Dorstroy JSC will be installing scaffolding for painting the metal span of the overpass as part of the construction of an overpass over the St. Petersburg Ring Road (КАД) roadway.
