Novosibirsk traffic police are conducting targeted raids throughout the city, focusing on violations of vehicle operating rules. These operations are taking place at the exit from Oktyabrsky Bridge and in the city center.

Inspectors are specifically looking for cars without license plates, as well as other common infractions.

Drivers are being issued administrative citations for offenses such as tinted windows, a violation of Article 12.5, Part 3, Clause 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and for operating unregistered vehicles, a violation of Article 12.1, Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

In a related incident, EMERCOM employees recently conducted a raid on dachas in a gardening association in the Dzerzhinsky district, using a drone and issuing protocols to individuals starting fires.
