Specifically, the Ring Road’s outer ring from the cable-stayed bridge to the Murmansk highway, and the inner ring from Zanevka to Obukhovo, are facing substantial delays. The Murmansk highway is also at a standstill from the city to the roadworks section near Razmetelevo.
In addition to the Ring Road and Murmansk highway, severe congestion has built up on Narodnaya and Ivanovskaya streets, as well as Bolshevikov Avenue, Dalnevostochny Avenue, Oktyabrskaya Embankment, Obukhovskoy Oborony Avenue, and Babushkina and Sedova streets, particularly in the direction of intersections with Narodnaya and Ivanovskaya.
Furthermore, an exceptionally dense traffic jam has been reported on Irinovskiy Prospekt and Ryabovskoye Shosse, stretching 4.1 kilometers from Industrialny Prospekt to the Ring Road. In the northern part of the city, traffic jams have formed on both the inner and outer rings of the Ring Road before the interchange with the Novopriozersk highway. On the WHSD, traffic is congested on the approaches to the Ring Road in both the north and south of the city.
