A significant traffic jam occurred on Berdskoye Highway in Novosibirsk on Saturday, June 7th, impacting travel near the Nizhnyaya Yeltsovka microdistrict. The congestion was reportedly caused by a combination of road work and an accident involving a pedestrian.

The accident, which involved a car hitting a pedestrian, led to the presence of an ambulance at the scene. A witness noted that the involved vehicle sustained windshield damage.

In addition to the accident, road work contributed to the traffic delays in the opposite direction. The work seemingly involved a tower and repairs to a traffic light.
