A new foundation aimed at combating illegal clinics and reforming addiction assistance, named the “Pasha Technik Second Chance Foundation,” is set to launch in Russia. The announcement was made by State Duma Deputy Speaker Vyacheslav Davankov.

The organization will focus on several key areas. Its primary goal is to shut down illegal clinics operating within the country. Additionally, the Foundation aims to reform the current system of assistance for individuals struggling with addiction, promoting more effective and ethical treatment methods. Promoting a sober lifestyle is also a central tenet of the organization’s mission. The Foundation will also advocate for new legislation in this sphere.

Nadezhda Ivleva, mother of the late rapper Pasha Technik, is among the founders of the “Second Chance” Foundation. The board of trustees includes prominent figures such as Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Vladislav Davankov, and Eva Karitskaya, Technik’s former wife.
