Temporary restrictions were imposed on aircraft arrivals and departures at numerous Russian airports, including Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg, on April 10th.
A representative from Rosaviatsiya announced the closure of Pulkovo at 5:02 AM, though there are currently no reports indicating when the restrictions will be lifted.
The Leningrad region had an air raid alert declared, and a UAV was reportedly shot down in the Tosnensky district.
Mobile communication and internet access experienced partial restrictions in the region.
While restrictions were put in place at Sheremetyevo, Vnukovo, Domodedovo, Zhukovsky, and the airports of Samara, Tambov, Kaluga, and Saratov, these restrictions have already been lifted.
As of current reports, restrictions remain in effect in Nizhnekamsk and Kazan.
Around 6 AM, Izhevsk and Kirov also implemented restrictions.
