TEFI 2025 Television Awards Ceremony Held in Moscow

The TEFI-2025 awards ceremony, Russia’s prestigious national television awards, was held in Moscow, with TV host Andrei Malakhov emerging as the biggest winner, securing three statuettes. The event took place at the Bolshoi Theatre.

Malakhov received awards in the “Entertainment Talk Show” category for “Malakhov” (16+) on Russia-1, and in the “Weekend Entertainment Talk Show” category for “Songs from the Heart” (12+), a program showcasing self-taught talents from across the regions. He was also recognized as “Best Host of an Entertainment Talk Show” for “Hello, Andrey!” (12+).

From the stage, Malakhov acknowledged the hard work of his team and expressed gratitude to his audience for their continued support. He stated that the awards belong to his team, who he believes are instrumental in creating the host and making him a star. He also joked that the cucumbers and gifts viewers bring him are now more important than the statuettes.

The first two awards for Malakhov were presented by ballet legends Vladislav Lantratov and Lyudmila Semenyaka.

TEFI, a Russian national television award recognizing excellence in television arts, was established on October 21, 1994, by the “Academy of Russian Television” foundation.
