Police are investigating a fire started by a group of teenagers in an apartment building in Novosibirsk. The incident occurred on Nikolai Sotnikov Street around 4:00 AM on June 5th.

The Kirovsky police department received a report about the incident and have launched an investigation.

According to a video of the incident, the teenagers were seen laughing in an elevator. One of them lit a piece of paper and dropped it on the floor of the cabin before they all ran away.

Residents of the building are reportedly trying to identify the teenagers involved. OOO UK “Prostorny,” the management company for the building, has stated that they cannot comment on the incident at this time. A request for further information has been sent to the management company.
