To address this shortfall, a proposal has been put forth to allow university students specializing in relevant subjects to teach in schools. These students, having completed at least three years of their degree and undergone pedagogical retraining, could potentially fill these critical roles. The initiative has received initial approval.

The most significant shortages are reported in mathematics (11 positions), Russian language and literature (4 positions), English (6 positions) and physics (5 positions).
