Four individuals in St. Petersburg have been detained on suspicion of producing and distributing pornographic content. The arrests followed a police raid on an apartment in the Vyborgsky district, where authorities allegedly discovered a range of items indicating involvement in the production of illicit material.

The police operation, which included officers from Center “E,” criminal investigators, and a special police regiment, targeted an apartment on Siqueiros Street. *The raid purportedly uncovered an assortment of sex toys, LGBT flags, video equipment, system units, voodoo dolls, and other occult items.** Additionally, special items and clothing reportedly used for filming prohibited content were found in a separate apartment on Moskovsky Prospekt, leading to the detention of a 25-year-old St. Petersburg resident.

The investigation suggests that the group, allegedly led by a person formerly known as Peter, recruited acquaintances to participate in the production of pornographic content. The suspects are accused of posting nearly 200 videos on a streaming platform since 2022, receiving payment in cryptocurrency for their efforts.

Besides the pornography charges, further legal action may be taken pending the results of an expert examination of liquids and substances found in the apartment. According to the detainees, the substances have been sent for drug analysis. The four suspects are currently being held for two days while the investigation continues.
