St. Petersburg residents can now easily access hot water outage schedules for their homes through various digital platforms, according to an announcement made on June 4 by the Smolny, citing the Committee on Informatization and Communications.
The information is readily available on the “Our St. Petersburg” portal, the “I Live Here” mini-app on VKontakte, and the “State Services of St. Petersburg” mobile application.
On the “Our St. Petersburg” portal, residents can navigate to the “Houses” section and enter their address to view the dates of upcoming water outages. The portal also provides information about the management company and technical characteristics of the building. Users have the option to set up email or phone notifications to receive alerts about upcoming outages.
The “I Live Here” mini-app on VKontakte allows users to check outage schedules throughout the city. By entering their address in their profile and navigating to the “My House” section, residents can select “Disconnection of Utilities” to view the schedule. This app can also send notifications a week before a scheduled shutdown.
Similarly, the “State Services of St. Petersburg” mobile app provides access to this information. In the “Services” section, users can select “Useful Information,” then “Hot Water Outage Plan,” and enter their address to view the relevant schedule.
The schedules for hot water shutdowns during the inter-heating period have been approved and published on the website of the Committee on Energy in the “Preparation and Conduct of the Heating Season” section. The schedules are also available on the websites of leading heat supply organizations, including JSC “TEC SPb,” JSC “Teploset of St. Petersburg,” LLC “Peterburgteploenergo,” and LLC “Teploenergo.”
