The St. Petersburg Committee for Improvement has announced a new multi-channel contact center number: 576-14-83, effective June 2nd. The previous number, 314-60-13, is no longer in service as of June 3rd.

The new contact center aims to improve call reception and provide residents with an accessible way to submit suggestions and ask questions.

When calling the new number, callers will be prompted to select the topic of their message, and the call will then be routed to one of nine operators specializing in different areas.

The committee emphasizes ongoing optimization of call reception to ensure residents can easily communicate their concerns and inquiries at any time.

In addition to the new phone number, residents can also submit appeals through the “Public Services. Solving Together” feedback platform on the Public Services portal. A link is available on the committee’s VKontakte page by clicking the “report a problem” button.
