St. Petersburg is preparing for a significant deterioration in weather conditions today, June 3rd. The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the city issued warnings early this morning about the approaching storm.

The forecast, provided by the Federal State Budgetary Institution “North-West Hydrometeorological Service,” predicts a combination of thunderstorms, showers, hail, and strong wind gusts reaching up to 18 meters per second.

Despite the anticipated severe weather, the temperature in St. Petersburg is expected to remain relatively mild, with readings between 17 and 19 degrees Celsius.
