Sidewalk repair has commenced along Krasny Prospekt and Ordzhonikidze Street in Novosibirsk. The project, funded by the regional budget, aims to improve pedestrian infrastructure in the city.

More than 100 sidewalks are scheduled for repair in 2025, with over 320 million rubles allocated to the project. Currently, work is underway at 20 locations.

On Krasny Prospekt, from Romanova Street to Lenin Square, and on Ordzhonikidze Street, from Michurin Street to Sovetskaya, contractors will install large-format, high-strength concrete tiles with marble chips.

The project requires that all work be completed by autumn 2025. During the construction, some sidewalks are covered in sand, and workers have installed signs to direct drivers.

Additionally, there are plans to widen the sidewalk on Volochaevskaya Street.
