A severe weather warning has been issued for the Novosibirsk region on June 6, with residents urged to take precautions against thunderstorms and strong winds.

The regional Ministry of Emergency Situations has alerted Siberians via SMS about the impending adverse conditions. The warning specifically mentions the likelihood of rain, heavy rain in some areas, hail, thunderstorms, and squally winds reaching speeds of up to 20 meters per second.

The West Siberian Hydrometeorological Center forecasts variable cloudiness and thunderstorms for Novosibirsk itself. Heavy rainfall is expected in certain locations throughout the city. The expected daytime temperature will range from +25 to +27 degrees Celsius, while nighttime temperatures are predicted to be between +17 and +19 degrees Celsius.
