Setl Group will welcome over 150 students from St. Petersburg’s specialized universities and colleges for summer internships at its offices and sites. The holding company aims to cultivate young specialists through its SetlSTART program, which focuses on recruiting, training, and adapting interns for potential employment.

The SetlSTART program, launched last year, is a year-long initiative designed to bolster the company’s workforce by nurturing talent from within. It provides a pathway for successful interns to transition into full-time roles after completing further training and adaptation programs.

The company actively engages with students through university events, construction site tours, lectures, career forums, and competitions. These efforts have reportedly led to a significant increase in internship applications.

Setl Group collaborates with prominent educational institutions, including St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPb GASU), ITMO University, the Higher School of Economics (HSE), Polytechnic and Mining Universities, the University of Railway Engineering, the Architectural and Construction College, and the Academy of Urban Environment Management, Urban Planning and Printing. This year, the College of Production Automation joins the list of partner institutions.
