A serious accident at the intersection of Malysheva and Sacco and Vanzetti streets on the evening of July 30th resulted in injuries to two people. The injured individuals were transported by ambulance in serious condition.

According to witnesses, the accident occurred when a Lexus, traveling on Malysheva from the direction of 8 Marta, ran a red light and collided with a Rover traveling on Sacco and Vanzetti on a green light. The driver of the Rover and the passenger were badly hurt.

Debris from the collision scattered across the intersection, striking the Hermes-Plaza shopping center and two vehicles stopped at a traffic light: a Toyota Camry and a Kia. The windows of the Hermes-Plaza shopping center were broken due to the impact. Fortunately, no pedestrians were injured.

Two people were in the Lexus and they were not injured. Witnesses at the scene reported that the occupants of the Lexus appeared to be in an altered state.

Traffic police officers are on scene investigating the incident and working to establish the identities of those involved. Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
