Russian air defense systems reportedly destroyed 44 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles between 9:00 PM on June 11th and 12:00 AM on June 12th.
The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that 38 drones were shot down over the Belgorod region.
Additionally, 4 drones were reportedly destroyed over the Bryansk region, and 2 over Crimea.
In the Bryansk region, the village of Brakhlov in the Klimovsky district was allegedly attacked by Ukrainian Armed Forces using kamikaze drones, according to the region’s head, Alexander Bogomaz.
Two civilians were injured in the attack and hospitalized.
Following the Ministry of Defense report, temporary restrictions were implemented at the Kaluga airport, affecting the reception and departure of civilian aircraft, purportedly to ensure flight safety.
