President Vladimir Putin has mandated the introduction of advisor positions in all Russian state schools to focus on education and interaction with children’s public associations. This decision follows a supervisory board meeting of the “Movement of the First,” a prominent youth organization.

The primary goal of these advisors is to create a unified educational environment across the country.

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and senior officials from various Russian regions will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this initiative.

The Russian government has been directed to factor in the funding requirements for these positions when drafting the federal budgets for 2026, 2027, and 2028, ensuring continued financial support in subsequent years.

The Ministry of Education of Russia will provide methodological support and guidance to regional authorities regarding the activities of these new advisors.
