Rostov Blogger Inna Tliashinova Faces Criminal Charges for Tax Evasion

Inna Tliashinova, a Rostov blogger and business coach, is now a defendant in a criminal case for allegedly evading 431 million rubles in taxes and laundering illegal funds. The Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region is handling the case.

Tliashinova, who conducted seminars and trainings on personal growth and enrichment from 2020 to 2022, is accused of failing to pay taxes and then using the illicit funds to purchase an apartment in Moscow.

Currently outside of Russia, Tliashinova has been arrested in absentia and placed on the international wanted list. The term of imprisonment will begin upon her extradition, deportation, or detention within the Russian Federation, according to Moscow courts.

Tliashinova maintains a significant online presence with 464,000 followers on Instagram and over 46,000 on Telegram. She last posted at the end of May, sharing a video of her children’s training.

Positioning herself as a “subconscious expert,” Tliashinova offers training and analysis services, claiming to influence the subconscious to improve people’s lives. Her “Master of Analysis” methodology aims to transform negative events into positive ones. Her book, “Nachinality: The First Step on the Path of a Master of Analysis,” is available for purchase online.

Tliashinova has worked with celebrities such as Filipp Kirkorov and Lyubov Uspenskaya. She claims to have provided assistance to singer MakSим while she was in a coma.

Tliashinova’s methods and qualifications have faced scrutiny, with some accusing her of being an “infotsyganka.” In 2024, a journalist investigating her courses was attacked at a seminar, leading to a criminal case where Tliashinova was a witness.

Recently, Tliashinova has been living in the UAE, posting less on social media. She has been evasive about her monthly income, stating that her business experienced losses in 2021 due to high taxes and salaries.

Tliashinova was married to Asker Tliashinov and has four children. The couple divorced in 2023 amid accusations of financial mismanagement and mistreatment of the children.

Tliashinova faces similar charges to other popular bloggers, such as Elena Blinovskaya and Valeria “Lerchek” Chekalina.
