Rostov Blogger Inna Tliashinova Faces Criminal Charges for Tax Evasion

Inna Tliashinova, a Rostov-based blogger and business coach, is under criminal investigation for allegedly evading 431 million rubles in taxes and laundering illegal money. The Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region is handling the case, with Tliashinova accused of failing to pay taxes on income earned from seminars and training sessions between 2020 and 2022.

Tliashinova is also accused of money laundering through the purchase of an apartment in Moscow. Authorities have arrested her in absentia, as she is currently not in Russia and has been placed on an interstate wanted list. The term of imprisonment will be calculated upon her extradition, deportation, or detention within the Russian Federation.

Tliashinova is known for her online presence, boasting 464,000 subscribers on Instagram and over 46,000 on Telegram, though Instagram is considered an extremist organization and is banned in Russia. She markets herself as a “subconscious expert,” offering courses and analyses aimed at personal growth and enrichment.

Before gaining prominence as a blogger, Tliashinova obtained a law degree and initially pursued a career in jurisprudence. She later transitioned to psychology, eventually establishing her own online platform where she promoted her methods for influencing the subconscious. Her techniques, which she claims can improve various aspects of people’s lives, have drawn both interest and skepticism, with some accusing her of being an “infogypsy.”

Tliashinova has interacted with numerous celebrities, including Filipp Kirkorov and Lyubov Uspenskaya, and has claimed that some were her clients. She has also faced controversy, including an incident where journalists were attacked after questioning her credentials at a seminar.

Tliashinova’s personal life has also been subject to public attention. Following a divorce in 2023, she shared details about her relationship, alleging that her ex-husband left her with debts and that she faced challenges related to her children.

Tliashinova’s case mirrors those of other popular bloggers and business coaches, such as Elena Blinovskaya and Valeria “Lerchek” Chekalina, who have also faced tax evasion charges.
