Rospotrebnadzor Approves Official Deadlines for Checking Unified State Exam Forms

Official deadlines for the publication of the 2025 Unified State Exam (USE) results have been approved by Rospotrebnadzor. This comprehensive guide details how USE forms are checked, when results will be available, where to view them, and what options are available for retaking exams or appealing scores.

The USE results processing involves several stages, including regional and federal checks, and final approval by the State Examination Commission. Initially, exam papers are gathered and sent to Regional Information Processing Centers (RCOI), where compulsory subjects are checked within 6 calendar days, and elective subjects within 4 days. Subsequently, the forms undergo a secondary review at the Federal Testing Center, which takes approximately 5 days. The State Examination Commission then approves the results within 1 day, after which the scores are uploaded to a unified database.

The official USE website (Ege.edu.ru) allows examinees to access their results, including overall scores, scanned answer sheets, and initial task scores. To view results, candidates must provide their full name, USE registration number or passport number, region of residence, and consent to data processing. The “Gosuslugi” (State Services) portal provides final scores without transcripts or scans. Regional Information Processing Centers (RCOI) websites also offer results, with varying functionalities, some providing scores only, while others offer scans, errors, and correct answers. Results can also be obtained directly from schools.

Examinees can retake one exam on July 3 or 4 to improve their score. However, only the retake score will be considered, even if it is lower than the original. If dissatisfied with the score, an appeal can be filed in person at the RCOI or online, within 2 working days of the results publication.

USE results are valid for 5 years, including the year the exam was taken. Results from previous years can be accessed on the “Gosuslugi” portal, at the school or college where the exam was taken, or on RCOI websites in some regions.
