Fuel prices in Novosibirsk have been steadily increasing over the past three years, with premium gasoline and diesel experiencing the most substantial growth. Data from Rosstat indicates a consistent upward trend across all fuel types.
The price of AI-92 gasoline, the most widely used fuel, has risen from 45.73 rubles to 55.03 rubles per liter between April 2022 and April 2025. This represents an increase of 9.3 rubles, or 20.34%.
AI-95 gasoline has also seen a notable increase, climbing from 48.93 rubles to 59.09 rubles. This signifies a growth of 10.16 rubles, or 20.76%, over the three-year period.
The most significant price surge occurred in the premium gasoline sector, encompassing AI-98 and higher grades. These fuels jumped from 58.45 rubles per liter to 79.18 rubles per liter, reflecting an increase of 20.73 rubles, or 35.47%.
Diesel fuel prices have also climbed considerably. Over the same three-year span, the cost of diesel rose from 57.33 rubles to 74.08 rubles per liter, marking an increase of 16.75 rubles, or 29.22%.
