A revised development project in Yekaterinburg, located opposite the lake and the Ramada Hotel, has been submitted for public discussion. The project, situated within the boundaries of Slavyanskaya, Khimmashevskaya, and Koltsovsky Trakt streets, initially received approval last year.

However, the developers have now decided to increase the total square footage of the new construction. The revised plan includes the construction of six 14-story residential buildings, an increase from the original plan of four buildings.

Furthermore, the development will feature an educational center equipped with a stadium, designed to accommodate 1,500 schoolchildren and 350 kindergarteners. An administrative and commercial center is also planned, along with provisions for parking spaces.

The development site is adjacent to garden houses, which are not part of the project area. To improve accessibility, a backup route for Koltsovsky Trakt and several new roads will be constructed along the development. Plans are also in place to establish bus routes that will serve the area.

The deadline for submitting comments and feedback on the project is July 1. Construction is anticipated to commence soon near the Ramada Hotel itself, with plans for the second phase of the hotel’s development already underway.
