A 73-year-old man was rescued after falling from a third-floor balcony in Novosibirsk while working. The incident occurred on Stofato Street on June 3rd, resulting in a broken collarbone for the man.

Rescuers from “MASS Rescuers” were called to the scene to assist the injured man. He was carefully removed from the extension of the building and transported to an awaiting ambulance for medical attention.

Authorities remind residents of the importance of safety precautions when working at height. In addition to following safety regulations, they also emphasize the increased risk for elderly individuals due to age-related changes in coordination and balance, potentially leading to accidents.

Earlier, local rescuers in Novosibirsk participated in a race to the 30th floor.
