President Vladimir Putin has mandated the introduction of a new advisor position in all state and municipal schools across Russia by October 1, 2025. The decree, announced on June 16th, aims to enhance the educational environment.

The new position, titled “advisor to the director for education and interaction with children’s public associations,” is designed to foster a unified educational environment within schools. This initiative requires annual reporting on its implementation.

The advisors will be responsible for aiding in educational work with students, with a focus on promoting collaboration between schools and children’s public associations.

The Ministry of Education and Rosdettsentr will provide methodological support and guidance to assist regions in implementing the new positions. This support is slated to be available by July 1st.
