Enthusiastic participants dressed as characters from Russian cartoons will be awarded prizes at the tenth annual “Fontanka SUP” festival, scheduled for August 2nd. The online magazine “Energy+” sponsors the “Our Cartoon” nomination, seeking participants who embody their chosen character and radiate energy.

To compete, participants must register for the Fontanka SUP festival and obtain their starting number between July 30th and August 1st. A photograph featuring the contestant in their cartoon character costume with their SUP board, and the starting number visibly displayed, must be submitted to a dedicated Telegram chat bot before 12:00 on August 2nd.

Eligible costumes include those of recognizable characters from Russian cartoons, such as Carlson, Leopold the Cat, Masha and the Bear, and Smeshariki. The image should be bright, cheerful, and inspire positive actions. Contestants should indicate the nomination “Our Cartoon” when submitting their application.

Winners will be announced on the main stage of the festival following the carnival swim, and participants should be prepared to appear on stage in costume. The creators of the most vibrant and energetic image will receive a special prize from “Energy+”.
