The driver allegedly involved in a recent Rolls-Royce accident that severely injured a motorcyclist on Peterhof Highway had his driver’s license previously revoked in 2019 for a similar traffic violation.
The incident involved crossing a double solid line in a Bentley Continental, resulting in a four-month license suspension that was upheld despite appeals and became effective in December 2020.
The individual was later caught driving a Porsche in April 2021, leading to a fine for driving without a license. Additionally, in May 2023, he received another fine for unpaid traffic violation penalties.
The recent accident occurred on May 31, 2024, when a 37-year-old businessman driving a Rolls-Royce reportedly struck a motorcyclist while making an illegal U-turn across a double solid line on Peterhof Highway. The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries.
Eyewitnesses reported that the driver attempted to conceal the car’s license plates after the collision. Investigations revealed that the license plates had been acquired in 2024, and the driver had accumulated 41 traffic violation fines since then.
