Porsche Driver Faces Hooliganism Charges After Road Rage Incident

A Porsche owner is facing criminal charges for hooliganism after an altercation following a minor traffic accident in the city center. The incident, which involved a scratched fender and escalated into a violent outburst, could lead to a prison sentence of up to five years.

The incident unfolded on July 30 at the intersection of Rosa Luxemburg and Kuibyshev streets when a bus driver allegedly cut off the Porsche, resulting in a collision and damage to the car’s fender. In response, the Porsche driver allegedly flew into a rage, smashing the bus’s windows.

Eyewitness accounts indicated that the Porsche driver brandished what appeared to be a pistol during the confrontation. Authorities have since confirmed that the individual was armed with a traumatic pistol.

Law enforcement officials confirmed that the Porsche owner exited his vehicle and, armed with the pistol, engaged in a verbal dispute with the bus driver, also damaging the bus. The man was apprehended by police and taken into custody for investigation.

Currently, the Porsche owner remains in detention, and authorities are expected to determine the appropriate pre-trial restrictions. The individual was born in 1984 and has no prior criminal record.

Footage from street cameras captured the initial collision that triggered the conflict. Despite the heated nature of the confrontation, no injuries were reported as a result of the accident itself. An auto expert has analyzed the footage and determined that the bus driver was solely responsible for the accident.
