A 20-year-old motorcyclist without a license was apprehended in Kamensk-Uralsky after a police chase on June 5th. The incident occurred near the Bainovsky Bridge when the motorcyclist attempted to evade traffic police officers.
The pursuit began after the motorcyclist, riding a pit bike without a license plate, failed to stop for a document check. The driver sped through the central streets, repeatedly violating traffic regulations and creating hazardous situations, according to the traffic police.
The chase concluded near house number 2 on Suvorov Street when the motorcyclist lost control and fell after attempting to drive onto a steep hill. Authorities state that the motorcyclist was not hit by the police vehicle during the pursuit.
The motorcyclist has a history of traffic violations, including a previous arrest for drunk driving. He now faces multiple administrative charges for violations committed during the chase, including driving without a license, running red lights, failing to yield, improper maneuvering, driving into oncoming traffic, disregarding a “No Entry” sign, and failing to stop for a police officer. The pit bike has been impounded and taken to a specialized parking lot.
