The “Petersburg Design” project, now in its fourth iteration, has commenced and will run until January of next year. The Committee for Industrial Policy of St. Petersburg announced the launch on June 11, highlighting the project’s significant economic impact.

In 2024, small and medium-sized businesses participating in “Petersburg Design” contributed over 190 million rubles in taxes to the city treasury. This represents a 20% increase compared to 2023.

This year’s project is showcased in two locations. It is currently in “Bolshoi Gostiny Dvor” and will be in the “Gallery” shopping center with an opening scheduled for July 19.

“Petersburg Design” began in the fall of 2022. Previous locations included the “Piter Raduga”, “Leto”, and “Continent on Baikonurskaya” shopping centers, with “Gallery” and “Sennaya” added later. The project unites St. Petersburg designers, featuring well-known local brands of clothing, footwear, and accessories. Participants receive free space in shopping centers, as well as staff and promotional assistance.
