Olga Frolova, a trainer and blogger from Pervouralsk, has become the first in Ekaterinburg to own the newly restyled 2025 Mercedes GLE Coupe, which she acquired through an overseas order. Despite the challenges posed by sanctions and limited availability at official dealerships, Frolova found a way to purchase the luxury vehicle from abroad.

The white Mercedes was shipped to Frolova from Korea with the help of a car selection specialist from Nizhny Tagil. The total cost of the car, including a tax of approximately 3.5 million rubles, amounted to 12 million rubles, which is less than the 16 million rubles it would cost at a dealership in Russia.

Frolova explained that buying directly from official Mercedes-Benz dealerships is difficult due to limited stock, so she decided to import the car. The process involves signing a contract, making an advance payment, and having the car shipped from the dealership. Customs duty must be paid at the border near Vladivostok, and after clearance from the Federal Tax Service, the car is transported by car carrier to its final destination. This entire process takes about two months, with the buyer only responsible for making payments.

Frolova, who previously owned a red Mercedes, attributes her success to actively maintaining social media since 2019, taking courses from other bloggers, and having faith and perseverance. She aims to inspire other women to pursue their passions, develop their social media presence, and achieve financial success.

Frolova’s videos, which often feature overweight friends demonstrating weight loss techniques, have gained popularity and sparked diverse reactions.
