Train traffic on a section of the St. Petersburg metro’s Red Line was temporarily suspended Friday after a passenger fell onto the tracks. According to the metro’s press service, the incident caused disruptions on Line 1.
The metro reported that trains are operating with increased intervals between the “Ploshchad Lenina” and “Ploshchad Vosstaniya” stations. Normal service continues on the sections from “Prospekt Veteranov” to “Ploshchad Vosstaniya,” and from “Ploshchad Lenina” to “Devyatkino”.
