The Palace Bridge in St. Petersburg will undergo asphalt replacement starting September 16th, lasting until mid-October. This will result in traffic restrictions for drivers.
Repair work will be conducted in three phases, ensuring that the bridge remains partially open. Two lanes in each direction will remain accessible to traffic throughout the entire duration of the repairs.
From September 16th to September 25th, lane closures will affect traffic heading from Universitetskaya Embankment towards Palace and English Embankments.
Between September 26th and October 5th, lane closures will continue, but two lanes in each direction will still be open.
From October 6th to October 15th, the lane closures will switch to the direction from Palace and English Embankments towards Universitetskaya Embankment.
Due to these restrictions, trolleybus routes No. 1, 7, 10, and 11 will be altered from September 16th until the completion of the work. Details regarding the modified routes are available for review.
