Novosibirsk is gearing up to celebrate its 132nd City Day on June 29, with the city allocating funds for event preparations. The Novosibirsk City Hall has announced two contracts totaling nearly 1.5 million rubles for service providers to assist in the celebrations.

The Department of Public Relations of the Novosibirsk City Hall is managing the procurement process through public auctions. The contracts focus on ensuring the smooth execution of the “Active City” stage and the festive venue for national organizations.

One contract, with an initial price of 995 thousand rubles, covers the technical equipment and support for the “Active City” stage. This includes the supply of essential infrastructure such as tents, gasoline generators, entrance areas, and sound and exhibition equipment. The selected service provider will be responsible for the delivery, loading, unloading, installation, and dismantling of all equipment needed for the holiday.

The second contract, valued at 480 thousand rubles, is dedicated to designing the festive venue for national organizations. The winning bidder will oversee the installation, operation, and dismantling of the stage and sound equipment required for the concert and interactive exhibition program.

Ksenia Antonova, head of the Department of Culture, Sports and Youth Policy, previously shared a preliminary concept for the City Day celebration, highlighting the city’s upcoming 132nd anniversary. The city anticipates a vibrant and engaging celebration for residents and visitors alike.
